Three people injured in shooting in Center City, police say

Three people were shot near 11th and Ludlow streets in Center City around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Philly police say. A 42-year-old woman was shot in the pelvis and arm, a 53-year-old woman was shot in the knee, and a 22-year-old man was shot twice in the arm. The 42-year-old is in critical condition.
