Study finds 15 percent of people deal with tinnitus daily. Here's what to know about the hearing condition

Out of 160,000 people in the Apple Hearing Study, about 15 percent said they experience tinnitus daily. The condition is the perception of sound that others don't hear. Researchers also found that 77.6 percent of study participants have experienced tinnitus in their life, and that the prevalence of it occurring daily increases with age.

The Abington Health Foundation Women’s Board, which runs the event, said that the event could not take place because Upper Moreland Township denied their permit applications due to 'the Township’s current safety and security concerns related to numerous local events.'

Teen stabbed on Ocean City boardwalk, police say

A 15-year-old boy was stabbed on the Ocean City boardwalk between 9th and 10th streets on Saturday night, according to police. The victim was transported to the hospital and his injuries were not life-threatening, police say. An investigation is ongoing. Police also responded to a fight on the boardwalk on Friday night between two juvenile girls.
