2 dead after man who was shot crashed his car in Delaware County, police say

Around 10 p.m. Friday on Interstate 95 North in Ridley Township, two people were killed when a man who was shot crashed his car, police say. Clinton Martin, 29, of Lansdowne crashed his car into Joshua Waltz, 33, of Odessa, Delaware, who was standing outside his vehicle on the shoulder, police say. Police have not yet determined where Martin was shot. Martin and Waltz both died at the scene.

A police officer shot and killed a man who was armed with a machete and hatchet in East Greenville, the Montgomery County district attorney said. The man was barricaded in the basement of a home and allegedly threatened to harm law enforcement, authorities say.

'Seated Little Cloud,' a 35-foot-tall inflatable art piece by Los Angeles artist duo FriendsWithYou, will be on display in the Navy Yard's Crescent Park through September.
