Old City restaurant Fork is launching a new Wednesday night event beginning March 16. Wednesday Night Dinners will be a series of one-night-only menus that will either have a theme or be tied together by a central ingredient.

Chef John Patterson and his team will change the menu each week but already have a few ideas about what guests can expect.

Wednesday Night Dinners may include "From the Dirt," a vegetable-driven menu, "Off the Coast," a Mid-Atlantic seafood-inspired menu, or "Kennett Square Excursion," a menu focused on the mushrooms farmed in the area.

Each creative menu will have several courses for $55 per person and include a final course by Pastry Chef Samantha Kincaid.
