SWEAT Fitness is launching a free pop-up fitness series beginning on June 19. For 10 Sundays, there will be hour-long classes on the outdoor patio of City Tap House in University City. Each class begins at 10 a.m., right before brunch.
DJs will create the soundtrack for barre, spinning, yoga and other workouts.
Participants will be rewarded for working up a sweat with a complimentary brunch beverage. Choose between a beer-mosa, mimosa, Bloody Mary or The Bloody Tasty, which is made with Titos Vodka and topped with a mix made from green tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, wasabi, baby kale, honey and green Tabasco.
