Man shot, killed in Northeast Philadelphia, police say

A 20-year-old man died after being shot in the head early Sunday morning in Northeast Philadelphia, police say. The victim was found around 3:15 a.m. on the 1400 block of Kerper Street in Oxford Circle and died at the scene, according to authorities. Police are searching for suspects.
