Seven people were injured, with one in critical condition, after a mass shooting at the 1100 block of Cumberland Street at 3:25 a.m. Police say that two males were in a dispute and one of them opened fire at the crowd. A SEPTA bus rider was attacked by another passenger with a meat cleaver early Thursday morning in Center City, police said.
