Attention job-seekers: Coffee chain Saxbys is looking to increase its workforce in the city twofold.

The Philadelphia-based company announced Monday it wants to hire an additional 200 employees, bringing its total to 400 in the area over the next six months.

"We're looking for team members with the personality and entrepreneurial spirit to become seasoned hospitality professionals and really grow at Saxbys, whether they're joining the team as baristas or managers," said CEO Nick Bayer in a press release.

Saxbys stressed that it's looking for people who meet its "O.D.D" criteria – that is, outgoing, detail-oriented and disciplined.

A job fair will be held April 9 at the company's Center City headquarters, where potential candidates will be able to interview for open positions, as long as they fill out an online application first.

The fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The chain has 15 locations in the Philadelphia region, including cafes in Center City, the Main Line, Bucks and Montgomery counties, and Delaware.

That includes a number on local college campuses, including stores at Temple and Drexel universities.
