As he is wont to do, Chip Kelly did not commit to how much Sam Bradford will play, if at all, this Saturday in the second preseason game against the Ravens.
"We have today's training and tomorrow's training, and then we'll sit down as a staff tomorrow afternoon and outline who's playing what, and what's going on in Saturday night's game," said Kelly.
A week ago before the first preseason game against the Colts, Kelly did commit to Bradford playing against the Ravens. "I just felt he's been (playing) two weeks in a row, he's done a nice job, he'll get his first work against the Ravens where we get a chance to train with them for a couple days before we play, and he'll play in the Ravens game."
Kelly noted that Bradford hasn't had any setbacks, and attributed his lack of commitment to the notion that he doesn't know if Bradford will "roll an ankle" over the next two days in practice. Kelly also joked that he wants to see Bradford get 106 preseason snaps, when pressed on whether he had a number in his mind of how much he wants to see Bradford play.
