Chestnut Hill's Weavers Way Co-op is finishing August with a workshop, where attendees can preserve fresh summer tomatoes.
On Aug. 24, all interested in learning how to make a homemade tomato salsa that can be canned and stored away are invited to Chestnut Hill Friends Meetinghouse on Mermaid Lane.
The workshop is $30 per person with registration. All attendees will leave with a jar of tomato salsa and the knowledge to try the process again at home.
