John Oliver took on a subject he's all too familiar with Sunday.
The host of HBO's "Last Week Tonight" made a call for internet users around the country to turn their attention once again to net neutrality, the topic that gained the show a "weird amount" of success during an episode three years ago.

Oliver said he believes that net neutrality – which is the idea that internet service providers should not be permitted to favor certain products or websites by granting users better access to them – is in jeopardy thanks to new Federal Communications Commission Chair Ajit Pai.
Pai has plans to roll back the 2015 Title II Order that regulates ISPs like Verizon and Comcast. Pai also has said in the past that net neutrality's "days are numbered."
Oliver is reigniting his fight for net neutrality and encourages his viewers to air their grievances by leaving comments on the FCC's website. Since finding the page to leave a message is rather complicated, he said, "Last Week" bought the domain gofccyourself.com to make the process as easy as possible.
"Everyone needs to get involved now," Oliver said during Sunday's show.
The host's call to action briefly crashed the FCC's website Sunday night, while some Twitter users noted that a sponsored post from Comcast urged that Title II and Comcast are not the same.
"Every Internet group needs to come together, like you successfully did three years ago," Oliver said during the show. "Every subculture must join as one. Gamers, YouTube celebrities, Instagram models, Tom from MySpace if you're still alive, we need all of you. Even, and I cannot believe I'm saying this, Donald Trump's internet fans on sites like 4chan and Reddit, the most powerful online trolls of all."
