In a scene reminiscent of Lieutenant Kaffee asking Colonel Jessup if he ordered the code red, Howie Roseman was literally pinned into a corner at the NovaCare Complex Tuesday, where he was asked multiple times if he drafted Marcus Smith.
"I'll take responsibility for everything that happened when I was general manager here," said Roseman, when asked initially about Smith. "I'm happy to take responsibility for all that."
That was immediately followed up with the question, "Was it your decision to draft (Smith)?"
"Yes," said Roseman.
You want Howie on that wall. You need Howie on that wall.
And thus concludes the greatest mystery in Philadelphia history. Roseman was immediately placed under arrest, and is currently in solitary confinement.
