Looking for something refreshing to drink?  Simply made with fresh lemons, ginger, and maple syrup, this delicious ginger lemonade will please everyone at your next outdoor get together.

Ginger Lemonade – makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

1 piece (10cm) fresh ginger
1 cup of lemon juice (4 lemons)
1/3 cup of maple syrup
6 cups of water
2 lemons for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, blend ginger then add lemon juice.
  2. In a large container, mix water and maple syrup with ginger.
  3. Strain out ginger pulp and serve.
