Hundreds attended the 'pop-up weed garden' Thursday, Oct. 20, at Eakins Oval hosted by marijuana activists N.A. Poe, Chris Goldstein and others. The event was listed as a B.Y.O.W. (Less than 30 grams), and hundreds planned accordingly, celebrating the two-year anniversary of marijuana decriminalization in Philadelphia.
