Celebrate the holiday season with the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
On Friday, Dec. 15, there will be a special celebration, presented with the Consulate of Mexico in Philadelphia and Mexican Cultural Center Philadelphia.
Radio Jarocho and Zenén Zeferino will perform traditional dance music of southern Mexico, to turn the night into a party. There will also be a spiked hot chocolate bar in the Great Stair Hall.
While at the museum, check out the trove of European art in "Old Masters Now" and the innovative furniture in "Patricia Urquiola: Between Craft and Industry."
Outside, at the top of the "Rocky Steps," make sure to check out the giant Christmas tree, before stepping inside the landmark building.
Admission to the museum is $20. Youth, students, members and seniors receive discounts.
