Dilworth Park's Spring Training program will return on Tuesday, April 4. The series of free fitness programs will take place through Thursday, May 25.
There will be free yoga, free boot camp workouts, free group runs and free Zumba at the Center City park. No registration is necessary; just show up ready to sweat. Yoga participants should bring their own mats.
Local trainers will lead each outdoor class, while experts from Rothman Institute will offer tips on stretching and injury prevention.
