On Nov. 12, hands-on crafting activities will take place at the Kimmel Center during Craft NOW Create. The family-friendly event, which begins at 11 a.m., is free to attend.
Choose from a range of activities involving clay, 3-D printing, glass blowing and more. It's a chance to try out numerous techniques in one day and in one place.
The 2016 activities and demonstrations for Craft NOW Create will be presented by The Center for Art in Wood, The Clay Studio, Fabric Workshop + Museum, Knit Lab, Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens, Philadelphia Museum of Art, stadler-Kahn Gallery, University of the Arts, Tyler School of Art and Wayne Art Center.
