Rainbow crosswalks have been painted in Philadelphia's Gayborhood in support of the city’s LGBT community.
The colorful connectors, which appeared Thursday, bridge the intersections of 12th and Locust streets and 13th and Locust streets.
The installation was sponsored by Philly Pride Presents and the city of Philadelphia.
The art will be dedicated at the Annual Reminders Block Party on July 5 honoring the 50th anniversary of the first wave of U.S. LGBT rights group demonstrations, NBC10 reports.
