Pudge Cakes of New Hope, PA and Eat This of Erwinna, PA.
Two local businesses will share the spotlight with the Erace brothers of Green Aisle Grocery in an upcoming episode of their new Food Network series "Great American Food Finds." Pudge Cakes of New Hope and Eat This of Erwinna will be featured in an episode airing Monday, August 10 at 9:30 p.m.
Pudge Cakes is a custom cake and sweet treat bakery owned by Elisa Fusco. Eat This, owned by Gino De Schrijver, produces sustainable jams, marmalades and sauces. The pair of businesses will be featured on "Bacon and Bakin'" a bacon-themed episode. Pudge's bacon-infused brownies and the Eat This bacon marmalade will get the spotlight.
Filming for the show took place in the spring. In a statement Fusco said: “It was an amazing experience. It’s going to be great for Bucks County and help put us on the map as an amazing destination for foodies.”
De Schrijver also said in a statement, “Being on TV is exciting! I’m looking forward to seeing how this opportunity may grow our business.”
The series premieres tonight, Aug. 3.
