CG Technology (formerly Cantor Gaming), which dubs itself "a preeminent technology company providing innovative technological products serving the worldwide gaming industry," has released odds for all 32 NFL teams' games, excluding Week 17, when games often have higher unpredictability due to teams resting their starters, etc.
ESPN did the leg work of sorting those odds by team. The Eagles' odds are below:

As you can see above, the Eagles are only favored in five games, while they are underdogs in 10, although logically, they would likely be listed as favorites at home against the Cowboys.
