Tom Reynolds, aka TomBroDude from Twitter, was lauded as one of the funniest, kindest people around by friends both before and after his death on September 17, 2016 at the age of 27.
Editor's note: For "deeply personal and religious reasons," the family will now host a private memorial service in lieu of the gathering described below.
Details about a memorial service for Thomas Gray Reynolds, aka Tom Bro Dude, were announced Thursday in an obituary through Murray Funeral Home in Flourtown.
As mentioned in Wednesday’s story about local reaction of Reynolds’ passing, a memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 30 at the Chestnut Hill Friends Meetinghouse, 20 East Mermaid Lane. A Quaker service will take the place of a traditional funeral, his family said.

“All are welcome to come and share your memories of this kind, generous and funny young man,” wrote his family in the obituary.
He would probably be happy to know that, after his passing, friends tracked down the "identity" of the naked man whose photo was sent to 6ABC countless times as a way to trollishly honor the deceased. His name is "Michael Pornman," (This link is NSFW.)
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Tom’s name be made to Mirmont Treatment Center Development Office, 100 Yearsley Mill Road, Lima, PA 19063.
