The project along the 700 block of South 12th St., designed by Center City-based JKRP Architects, will break ground next month on twelve buildings that make up the planned community, according to Property.
The Center City Development Group will lead in the construction of 36 two-bedroom/two bath units and 12 three-bedroom/three-bath units.
In between two rows of six four-story buildings -- each containing four units -- will be a communal courtyard that accounts for the name of the property. All of the first-floor units will be bi-level with bedrooms on the lower level, while roof decks will be part of the package for fourth-floor tenants.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
