With a wind chill around zero and temperatures that fell into the teens Monday night, Tuesday morning got off to a cold start as morning rush hour came to a close. High temperatures are expected to remain in the 30s on Tuesday but gradually climb into the 40s and 50s toward the middle and end of the week.
