On Sept. 24, Sly Fox Brewing Company will host a free music festival outside its Pottstown location. The lineup includes: Chestnut Grove, Jason Fraticelli, Swift Technique, Tom Hamilton's American Babies and Ben Arnold.
Besides a full lineup of live music, there will be a tournament with KanJam products.
The rules to play KanJam's game are that two teams of two must compete against each other to score 21 points to win. Each team takes turns throwing a disc at the KanJam bucket.
Hit the bucket with the disc for two points, have your teammate slap the flying disc into the bucket for one point or aim the disc into the bucket for three points. If you get the disc through the slit, you instantly score 21 points.
Registration for the tournament closes Sept. 17 at midnight. The event is limited to 150 teams, and competitors must arrive between 9-9:30 a.m.
Festival-goers can watch the competition beginning as early as 10 a.m., or try their hand at KanJam after the tournament ends.
Besides music and games, there will be food and Sly Fox beers available for purchase at the festival. Plus, there will be tethered hot air balloon rides for $10-$15.
