Memorial Day weekend was a doozy for the Wildwoods. To accompany trashed beaches, a number of people were arrested in North Wildwood for drugs, alcohol-related incidents and a slew of other charges.
Police said Friday they made 66 arrests in the shore town from May 27-30. Most of those cuffed hail from Philadelphia, the city's surrounding suburbs and South Jersey.
The most common arrests were for underage possession of alcohol, marijuana possession and disorderly conduct.

Two were cuffed for heroin possession and one was booked for cocaine possession.
Sixty-three percent of those arrested (41) were 20 years old or younger. The youngest alleged offender, a 15-year-old from Philly, was charged with shoplifting, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The oldest person arrested was 48-year-old Michael Christian, also of Philly. He's charged with driving while impaired.
North Wildwood Police Capt. John Stevenson told The Philadelphia Inquirer that the number arrested over the holiday was slightly higher than last year.
This article has been corrected to show that 41 of the arrests were of people 20 years old or younger, not 42 arrests.
