Police are searching for several suspects who allegedly shot a woman with a pellet gun while she was walking near a trail on Kelly Drive in Fairmount Park early Monday morning, 6ABC reports.
The shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. near Brewery Hill Drive and Boat House Row.
Three or four men jumped out of some brush near the trail and fired a pellet gun at the woman, police said. They then fled.
The woman was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital in stable condition. She suffered a graze wound to the leg.
The incident, which police believe was random, remains under investigation.
