Whether stuck at work, stuck in the gym or just can't take the crowds, happy hour can be an elusive event, with most of those sweet drinking deals evaporating before sundown. That's why it's so refreshing when a bar opts to host not just one happy hour, but two — a second round of late-night, inebriated bliss that gives the finger to five o'clock.
Below, we rounded up 22 of these late-night happy hours, all of which you can find in Philly.
Bob and Barbara's
Nothing beats the old-faithful Citywide Special at Bob and Barbara's (pictured above), netting you a PBR and shot of Jim Beam for just $3. The beauty of it: The special runs all night.
Address: 1509 South St.
IndeBlue
Truly, one of the greatest Philly happy hours no one knows about. From 8:30 p.m. to midnight every day, you can grab their take on a gimlet or martini (the "Indebluetini") for $5, or a selection of featured red and white wines — also $5. Kingfisher lager and a featured beer get discounted to $4. To boot, you can grab food for $3 or $4, including long hots and sweet-and-spicy shrimp tacos.
Address: 205 S. 13th St.
American Sardine Bar
Catering to the Point Breeze industry crowd, Sardine Bar hosts late-night happy hour from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Sundays and Mondays. The specials are the same as its standard happy hour: half-off select canned beers, $8 Philadelphia Brewing Company growler refills and a discounted boilermaker of the week and rotating food discounts.
Address: 1800 Federal St.
Jamonera
Monday through Thursday, pop by for $3 beer, $4 sangria, $5 wine and a $15 sherry tasting (if that's your thing). Snacks and tapas are also discounted. When to go: between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Address: 105 S. 13th St.
Lolita
Also running from 10 to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Lolita's late-night happy hour consists of $3 Tecate, $5 house wine and $6 margaritas, among other deals. But the real eye-grabber? A Mexico Citywide that includes a taco (your choice!), a shot of tequila and Tecate for 10 bucks.
Address: 106 S. 13th St.
Barbuzzo
Bucking the trend of 10-to-11 happy hours at Marcie Turney's restaurants, Barbuzzo opens its happy hour from 10:30 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday, offering $4 draft beer, $5 sangria and $6 wine. Those, on top of $10 dishes like the Barbuzzo Burger and wood-fired Neapolitan pizza.
Address: 110 S. 13th St.
Bud & Marilyn's
Rounding out the Turney Row happy hours is Bud & Marilyn's, which hosts happy hour from 10 to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday. There, you can nab a $6 citywide special as well as their exclusive-to-them Bud's Best Pale Ale — made by Yards — for $4.

Address: 2201 Christian St.
El Camino Real
Sundays and Mondays, from 10 p.m. to midnight, buy any draft for half-off. Not quite as exciting as their 5 to 7 p.m. half-price margaritas, but it'll do.

Strangelove's
On Tuesdays, from 9 p.m. to close, guzzle draft beer for $4, plus wine and well drinks for $5. Food specials run from 10 to 11 p.m.

Stir Lounge
In truth, this is the best late-night special in the Gayborhood that's not actually in the Gayborhood: Every Thursday ("Stirsday"), well drinks and PBR cans are $1, with a price of admission of $5 at the door from 9 p.m. to midnight. Drink up.
Address: 1705 Chancellor St.
Sancho Pistola's
No drink specials with this one, but if you're planning to snack while you drink, keep it on your radar: nachos and tacos are half-off from midnight to 1 a.m., Monday through Friday.

The Industry Bar
Sundays from 9 p.m. to midnight, drink local drafts for $3, house red and white wines for $4, select cocktails for $5 and munch on $1 mac and cheese croquettes. If you're in the industry, it's always happy: Customers who can prove employment in the restaurant biz get 20 percent off everything.

Fox & Hound
Fox & Hound's two-dollar Tuesday special is surely one of the best all-around happy hours in Center City: All day, from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., their entire draft list is priced at $2. Make it an early morning happy hour, if you dare.
Address: 1501 Spruce St.
World Cafe Live
Upstairs from 10 to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday, you can drink Yuengling Light or Black & Tan, bottled, for $2. Yuengling on draft is $3, Sam Adams drafts are $4, house wines are $4, well drinks are $5 and — perhaps the strongest deal of the bunch — a Red Bull and vodka is $6.

Address: 1516 Sansom St.
1 Tippling Place
As fabulous as 1 Tippling Place may be, its cocktails can set you back. Thankfully, they alleviate the pain just a bit (and we do mean just a bit) with $1 to $2 off select cocktails from 10 p.m. to midnight on Sundays.
Address: 2006 Chestnut St.
