CBSPhilly reports a water main break in West Philadelphia is causing traffic detours and SEPTA delays Friday morning.
The break centers on North 63rd Street and Haverford Avenue and, as of 7 a.m., crews were reporting that water was still actively flowing and was freezing.
SEPTA officials tweeted out delays and cancellations as a result.
Rte 10: Service eastbound is experiencing significant delays between Malvern Loop and Girard and Lancaster Aves, due to a water main break.

Rte 15: No trolley or shuttle bus service E/B or W/B between 60th Street and 63rd Street due to a water main break at 63rd and Haverford.
