Hello. Do you like to wear plaid? Do you enjoy festive holiday beverage at a discount? Do you dream the twain shall meet? Then here’s a deal for you.
In honor of Black Friday and the relief it calls for after hours of shopping (or avoiding it), SkyLodge, the cozy ski lodge-themed pop-up at SkyGarten that sits pretty on the 51st floor of Three Logan Center, will nix its $5 cover charge for anyone who shows up wearing buffalo plaid.

Keep in mind that buffalo plaid is a specific red and black check evocative of stylish lumberjacks and mountaineers. Wear the print and you’ll not only be free of the cover charge, but you'll also get discounts on food and drinks inside.
From 5 pm to 11 pm, you can score $5 shots of jager, $1 off sandwiches, and $5 off shotskis (pictured), which are normally designed for four people and run for $20.
If you can’t make it Friday, you can still get some buffalo plaid perks. Show up in the print anytime before 2018 and you can get that pesky cover charge wiped away.
