Philadelphia police are seeking help from the public in tracking down the gunman who shot a 31-year-old man on Jan. 21 at 15th and Chestnut streets, a block from Philadelphia's City Hall.
About 10:55 p.m. that day, an officer responded to a radio call of a shooting at the Center City intersection, finding a victim who was shot in the back and left arm.
Surveillance cameras captured the shooting and the gunman's removal of his mask after the attack.

According to police, the injured shooting victim was transferred to Jefferson University Hospital.
Police described the gunman as a black male about 35 to 45 years old and standing about six-feet tall. He had a light beard and was wearing a dark colored jacket over a light color hooded sweatshirt, light colored pants, dark colored shoes, and a black mask at the time of the shooting.
He is to be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
