Dario Saric and Robert Covington, two pillars of the Process Sixers, returned to the Wells Fargo Center in front of Sixers fans on Tuesday for the first time since they were traded to the Timberwolves in the Jimmy Butler mega-deal.
Saric and Covington were fan favorites during their tenures in Philadelphia, and the crowd didn’t let a shot at thanking them for their years with the team go to waste.
Here's the video they played on the big screen in the arena:
The two got a lot of love from the crowd:
In fact, Monday and Tuesday were basically a giant love fest as the two Process giants returned to the city.
Saric said at a media scrum Tuesday that he and T.J. McConnell had dinner in Philadelphia on Monday night, and had coffee Tuesday morning.

Covington said in a scrum that he feels like Philadelphia is his first true home, even though he no longer plays in the city.
Saric and Mr. Process himself Joel Embiid caught up in the tunnel before shoot around. One can only imagine what the two heavily-accented big men were talking about:
Covington felt the love from his adoring fans before the game, getting their best glimpses at a guy who wasn’t playing on Tuesday night:
The Sixers’ Twitter feed also got in on the fun pregame, reminiscing about Saric’s penchant for tiny coffees:
Then Saric checked in and got more love, because of course he did:
Oh, and apparently Jerryd Bayless got booed:
It was one last opportunity for Sixers fans to remember a now-bygone era and thank two good dudes for their time, and it was great.
