It was a big night in South Philly as center Joel Embiid finally made his NBA debut Wednesday night against the Thunder. All the stars were out: Ryan Howard ... Connor Barwin ... M. Night Shyamalan?
While Embiid was the most anticipated storyline heading in to the game, a certain Iverson-jersey-wearing Sixers fan briefly stole the spotlight in the first quarter while the rookie was on the bench. Russell Westbrook, playing in his first game of the post-Kevin Durant era in Oklahoma City, took it upon himself to cut into the Sixers early lead.
And following one of those buckets -- a fast-break layup and foul -- Westbrook got a taste of some of that Brotherly Love this city's fans are know for dishing out to opposing players.
Who is this guy? ¯ \_(ツ)_/¯ https://t.co/8CfUU1PI9x

According to our own Rich Hofmann, who is down at the Wells Fargo Center covering the game, the fan was escorted from his seat shortly after he flipped off Westbrook.
