Lost amid the looming SEPTA strike Monday night was a holiday everyone loves to celebrate. You eat lots of candy, you drink and you pretend you're whatever or whoever you dressed up to be for the occasion.
Manayunk, a magical place where people often wild out, became the site of a breaking news segment on Monday night.
