Philadelphia police are seeking help identifying this oddly dressed individual. Police say they believe this person stole money from a woman's purse at a Southwest Center City grocery store on Oct. 28.
Philadelphia police are seeking the public's assistance finding a suspect they say stole money from a woman who was browsing for groceries at a Southwest Center City store.
According to police, the incident happened at abut 1 p.m. on Oct. 28 at the Big 8 Supermarket at 1601 Washington Ave.
At that time, police say the suspect can be seen on surveillance video reaching into a woman's purse, taking money out of her wallet and then hiding the wallet in the supermarket.

After the incident, police say the suspect fled with the woman's money in an unknown direction.
