The Philadelphia Police are hoping the public can help identify this man, who police said, may have abducted another man at an Oxford Circle bank on Tuesday afternoon.
The Philadelphia Police are seeking help finding a man who was possibly abducted from a bank in the city's Oxford Circle neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.
According to police, the incident occurred at around 4:45 p.m., on Nov. 24, after two men entered a Wells Fargo bank located at 6611 Castor Avenue.
While inside, police said, a man described as a black male with dreadlocks, about five-foot, seven or eight inches tall and with a medium build, began punching a 30 to 40-year-old man.
According to law enforcement officials, the assailant punched the victim in the chest and pulled him out of the bank, before forcing him to get into a silver minivan.
Police said that as the victim was being put in the van, he was heard saying "I don't want to go with you".
According to officer Tanya Little, a spokesperson for the police, the suspected abductor is the man with dreadlocks who can be seen in the bank's surveillance footage here:
Police said the suspected abductor is about 30 years old and was wearing a brown puffy vest, gray hooded sweatshirt, and jeans at the time of the incident.
