During Thursday night’s Sixers-Wizards game (won 99-94 by Washington), there was first a little sip… and then almost the end of Lil’ Sip.
Let’s go in chronological order, which means we’ll get to the much less violent of the two clips first. Wizards all-star point guard John Wall was close to coming up with a steal in the third quarter, almost running into the fans seated courtside at Wells Fargo Center in the process.
Wall then decided to have a little fun, borrowing a fan’s water bottle. He was about to take a sip before pulling away at the last second:
Later in the game, Isaiah Canaan was going up for a layup on a fast break when he was clotheslined in midair by former Prep Charter star Markieff Morris:

Scary stuff. Canaan stayed down for a minute, but he was able to get up and continue on. After the officials went to the monitors, Morris was assessed a Flagrant 2 and ejected from the game.
