Aubrey Plaza was in Philadelphia over the weekend for the wedding of her father, David Plaza, as one of three “groomswomen,” alongside her two sisters.

The "Parks & Recreation" actress is originally from Wilmington, Delaware, and has roots in Philly, including taking classes at ComedySportz and visiting her grandparents, who still live in the Northeast.
She appeared on Conan Monday night and discussed the event and choice for her and her sisters to sport tuxes in lieu of bridesmaid dresses.
Social media posts from the event are tagged at the Ritz-Carlton and the Union League of Philadelphia, though Plaza said on Conan O’Brien on Monday that the wedding was in “South Philly,” which just makes it sound like she forgot her Philadelphia neighborhoods.
An Instagram post from Plaza uses the location tag “South Philadelphia,” though the wedding photographer’s post is tagged at the Union League.
