WATCH: Man sought in armed robbery of Eastwick store

Philadelphia police are seeking help identifying this man, who law enforcement officials believe stormed into the back office of a Dollar Store in Eastwick and demanded money and cigarettes.

Philadelphia police are seeking the public's help identifying a man they say robbed a Dollar Store in Eastwick at gunpoint on Nov. 2.

According to police, at about 9 p.m., the man walked into a Dollar General at 7620 Lindbergh Blvd. just as employees were closing the store.

Police say he can be seen on surveillance video walking straight back to an office where employees are moving cash trays and demanding employees put the money from the trays into a red duffel bag that he carried with him.

Then, according to police, the man demanded the manager place additional money from the safe, along with cigarettes, in the bag as well. 

Police say the man fled in an unknown direction with an unknown amount of money and several packs of cigarettes. 

Also, according to police, no injuries were reported during this incident.

Law enforcement officials describe the suspect as a black male who wore a black hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants, black baseball cap, black bandana with a pattern of small white stars covering his face and black knit gloves at the time of the incident.
