Warby Parker's first permanent store in Philadelphia will be located at 1523 Walnut St. You might remember the address as the former Le Bec Fin location. The eyewear shop will open on Saturday, Jan. 28.
According to a press release on the opening, Warby Parker is "over-the-moon excited" for the new store.
The brand was founded in Philadelphia by Wharton School students who had the simple idea to sell glasses online. Now, due to the brand's popularity, there are also Warby Parker brick-and-mortar locations across the country.
At the Philly location, there will be a few in-store exclusives. The Roosevelt frame will be available in three new colors: Sandalwood Matte, Mallard Green and Earl Grey.
The Walnut Street store will also offer comprehensive 20-minute eye exams seven days a week, easily booked online or in person. Afterward, Warby Parker advisers will be at the ready with style and fit advice.
"We believe that buying glasses should leave you happy and good-looking, with money in your pocket. We also believe that everyone has the right to see, which is why for every pair of glasses and sunglasses sold, a pair is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program," the brand states.
Warby Parker will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
