Eagles assistant coaches are popular around the NFL, apparently. In two consecutive offseasons, other NFL teams have poached the Eagles' QB coaches, and made them their offensive coordinators. Last year the Dolphins poached Bill Lazor; this year the Raiders hired Bill Musgrave. A third Eagles assistant is reportedly drawing interest from the 49ers, who are looking to fill their offensive coordinator void, per Albert Breer of NFL.com:
As @MaioccoCSN said, Steve Logan met with Niners today. Another name to watch: Eagles WR coach Bob Bicknell. Has been discussed for OC spot.

Lazor, Musgrave, and Bicknell aren't the only Eagles assistants who have garnered interest around the league. Eagles offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur reportedly interviewed for the Raiders' and Bills' head coaching positions, before they were eventually filled by Jack Del Rio and Rex Ryan, respectively.
Chip Kelly's impact on the rest of the NFL is real.
Update: Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee is reporting that the Eagles are blocking Bicknell from moving to San Francisco.
