Miss Pennsylvania 2016 Samantha Lambert.
Miss Pennsylvania 2016 Samantha Lambert, a student at the University of Pittsburgh, was crowned as the state titleholder on Saturday and will represent the Keystone State in the Miss America competition in Atlantic City on September 11.
According to PageantNews.com, Lambert grew up in the Pittsburg area and is a gymnastics coach.
She will be joined on the Miss America stage by Miss New Jersey Brenna Weick of Gloucester County, among the other states' contestants.
