NFL free agency is now officially official, and it comes as no surprise that Howie Roseman and the Philadelphia Eagles are very active. Specifically, the Eagles have upgraded the receiver position for second-year quarterback Carson Wentz. The Eagles first signed deep threat Torrey Smith, but as it turned out, that signing only set the stage for a much bigger move.

Wentz now has a true No. 1 receiver in (now) former Chicago Bear Alshon Jeffery. In 63 career games, the 27-year-old Jeffery has 304 catches, 4,549 yards, and 26 touchdowns.
