Tweeting during Memorial Salute performance benefits Travis Manion Foundation

Comcast will donate $1 for every social media post that includes two hashtags

Comcast will donate $1 to the Travis Manion Foundation every time a concertgoer uses #MemorialSalute and #XfinityWiFi to share moments from the Philly POPs Memorial Salute performance Saturday at the Mann Center for Performing Arts.

The 7 p.m. concert, which honors American military service, features the 65-member Philly POPS orchestra alongside guest vocalists Allison Blackwell and Hugh Panaro. Blackwell is a cast member of "The Lion King on Broadway." Panaro played the role of the phantom on Broadway's "The Phantom of the Opera."

The Travis Manion Foundation is a Bucks County-based organization dedicated to supporting veterans and families of fallen military personnel.

Posting to social media will be made easier thanks to free Xfinity WiFi hotspots recently installed by Comcast throughout the Mann's Fairmount Park campus.

Tickets to the performance, ranging from $15 to $25, are available at MannCenter.org, by calling 800-745-3000 or visiting the Mann Center's Box Office. The Mann Center and Philly POPS also are giving out complimentary tickets to 2,000 veterans, active military personnel, Philadephia Police officers and firefighters.
