A trolley flipped on a highway in Delaware Saturday, injuring 12 wedding guests.
A trolley carrying 22 wedding guests flipped over on a Delaware highway Saturday, injuring several of those onboard, according to authorities.
Delaware State Police said the accident occurred around 4:41 p.m. in the southbound lanes of Route 1 south of Dewey Beach.
A 2005 Ford Econo Van was pulling the trolley when, for an undetermined reason, the trolley started to sway and overturned, police said.

Twelve people were taken to the hospital for non-life threating injuries. The driver of the van, 76, was uninjured.
Police said no citations were given and the crash remains under investigation.
