Commuters can expect delays Thursday morning on I-95 northbound in the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia due to a crash involving at least two vehicles, 6ABC reports.
The crash occurred before 6:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes between the exits for Academy and Woodhaven roads. The scene was cleared by 8 a.m., but traffic remained backed up approaching the scene.
A dark-colored sedan was blocking two lanes, while two tractor-trailers parked nearby appeared to have collided.
6ABC reports that injuries resulted from the crash, but the extent of those injuries was not immediately reported.
The crash remains under investigation.
Drivers should seek an alternate route.
