Chip Kelly is trying to add "Oscar Winner" to his resume, playing himself in a new series of commercials for Tostitos, which also feature NFL punting legend Donnie Jones, and "Dom," the Eagles security guard you often see in the background of on-field photos of Chip Kelly and Andy Reid.
