This September, "Top Chef" champion Nicholas Elmi will publish "Laurel: A Small Restaurant in Philadelphia," a cookbook written with journalist Adam Erace.

The book, Elmi's first, will detail the chef's roots training in France and translating his recipes for a modern American restaurant, also offering recipes reflecting Laurel's hyper-local seasonality. Laurel announced the release and pre-order on Instagram.

"Laurel" will be published through Running Press, a Philadelphia-based publisher.
In addition to Laurel, Elmi is behind East Passyunk's ITV and Old City's Royal Boucherie.
