This September, runners are invited to race through the vineyards of Penns Woods Winery in a timed 5K or 8K. Once across the finish line, a complimentary glass of wine awaits.
The 5K takes place on Sept. 17; the 8K is scheduled for the next day. Both races begin at 9 a.m. Choose to run both and receive a 13K finishers medal.
All runners receive a tech shirt, wine glass and a glass of wine. The glass can be used at the post-race festival in the vineyard, where there will be wine and food for sale and live music.
Registration for the 5K or 8K is $40 per person.
