On June 21 at 7 p.m., pop-up restaurant Aubergine will debut. Lacroix's executive chef Jon Cichon will be creating dinner for 24 guests at the one-night-only dining event.
The courtyard of The Rittenhouse Hotel will become Aubergine, set up with six tables of four. Attendees will need to make reservations in groups of four to fit the tables.
For $50 per person, guests will enjoy a variety of seasonal, vegetable-focused small plates and family-style dishes. Aubergine will be providing beer and wine to complement the meal. Gratuity and tax will be included in the fixed price.
Reservations are required; a rain date is scheduled for June 22.
