Temple University's online MBA program ranked No. 1 in nation

This is its third consecutive year landing in the top spot

U.S. News & World Report released its annual list of top online MBA programs on Monday, and Temple University's Fox School of Business claimed the top spot for the third straight year.

The list ranks the top 20 online MBA programs across the country, with some ties, though Temple's program stands alone at No. 1. 

Another online program with a local connection, Penn State's World Campus, also landed in the ranks at No. 8. 

According to the report, Temple University's Fox School of Business was founded in the 2009-2010 academic year and has a total current enrollment of 351. The cost of tuition for the 2016-2017 year was listed as $1,245 per credit.
